Quick answers for neighbors
Dues, architectural changes, portal access and who to call.
HOA dues are due every quarter on the 15th of January, April, July and October. You can mail a check to Sentry Management or pay online at truist.com/payments. If paying online you will need your home’s serial and unit numbers (found in your coupon book) to log in.
No. All exterior changes to your home require HOA board approval before work begins. Download the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form from the Governing Documents section of the home page and submit it to communitycare@sentrymgt.com. A neighbor having similar work done does not exempt you from submitting an ARC form.
Select “Resident Login” and choose Register. Enter your name, email, Saddlewood address and a password. You will immediately receive an email confirming your registration is awaiting approval. Once an administrator verifies your request, you will receive a second email and can log in with the credentials you created.
Saddlewood is professionally managed by Sentry Management on behalf of the Saddlewood Board of Directors (Banning Management joined Sentry Management in August 2026). Reach the community care team at 904.285.1526 or communitycare@sentrymgt.com.
