Everything you need to know about living in Saddlewood, in one place.

The HOA fee covers community maintenance, landscaping, common area upkeep (including Saddlewood Park), insurance and professional management fees.

HOA dues are due every quarter on the 15th of January, April, July and October. You can mail a check to Sentry Management or pay online at truist.com/payments. If paying online you will need your home’s serial and unit numbers (found in your coupon book) to log in.

There are 148 homes in the Saddlewood neighborhood in Northside Jacksonville, Florida.

No. All exterior changes to your home require HOA board approval before work begins. Download the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form from the Governing Documents section of the home page and submit it to communitycare@sentrymgt.com. A neighbor having similar work done does not exempt you from submitting an ARC form.

The streets and sidewalks within Saddlewood are public and are owned and maintained by the City of Jacksonville. To report cars parked in the street or noise after 10 pm or before 6 am, contact JSO at 904-630-0500. To report potholes or sidewalk cracks, call 904-630-CITY (2489).

Property owners are responsible for keeping sidewalks clear of low-hanging limbs, overgrowth and debris. The City of Jacksonville requires a minimum overhead clearance of 7.5 feet over the entire width of the sidewalk, though exact requirements can depend on local zoning. To report overgrowth, call 904-630-CITY or submit a ticket to the City online and they will contact the homeowner.

Select “Resident Login” and choose Register. Enter your name, email, Saddlewood address and a password. You will immediately receive an email confirming your registration is awaiting approval. Once an administrator verifies your request, you will receive a second email and can log in with the credentials you created.

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, all amendments and the Bylaws of Saddlewood Owners Association, Inc. are free to view and download in the Governing Documents section of the home page — no login required.

Saddlewood is professionally managed by Sentry Management on behalf of the Saddlewood Board of Directors (Banning Management joined Sentry Management in August 2026). Reach the community care team at 904.285.1526 or communitycare@sentrymgt.com.

The Community Yard Sale is always held the first full weekend in November — November 7 and 8 in 2026. Signage and advertising are handled by Saddlewood.

Email Sentry Management at communitycare@sentrymgt.com so the team can review it. Management drives through the neighborhood regularly and violation letters are sent by mail as required by Florida law. No one is singled out — if a violation was not observed during a drive-through, it may not have been noted yet.

Call the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (JSO) non-emergency line at 904-630-0500 so officers can respond. The posted speed limit in Saddlewood is 30 mph. For any emergency, dial 911.
