This policy explains how Saddlewood Owners Association, Inc. (“Saddlewood”, “we”, “us”) handles information on saddlewoodjax.com.
Information we collect
- Resident registration: your name, email address, phone number, Saddlewood street address, account type and a password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone and address, topic and message.
- Event RSVPs: your name, email, response and number of guests.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and limited server logs (such as IP address) used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information only to operate the association: verifying that registrants are Saddlewood homeowners or residents, answering messages, planning meetings, and sending association notices. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Who can see it
Only authorized association administrators and our community management company can view registration details, messages and RSVPs. RSVP totals are shown publicly, but names are not.
Cookies
We use one essential, HttpOnly session cookie after you log in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact page embeds a Google Map, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Security & retention
Passwords are hashed, sessions expire automatically, and login attempts are rate-limited. We keep account information while your account is active and delete it on request, unless the association must keep it by law.

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing info@saddlewoodjax.com or using the contact form.
